AcePlay is the players card used for Stratosphere, Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and Arizona Charlie’s Boulder in Las Vegas.  Aquarius Casino in Laughlin also uses the AcePlay card.

How to Receive the AcePlay Card

The AcePlay card may be picked up at Stratosphere, Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and Arizona Charlie’s Boulder in Las Vegas, as well as the Aquarius Casino in Laughlin.  Each casino’s website also offers a way to sign up there.  AcePlay members must be at least 21 years of age with a valid photo ID.

How to Use the AcePlay Card

Slot and video poker players should slide the card into the slot at the top of the machine.  The display will welcome the player by name.  Table game and poker players should give the card to the dealer or pit boss.

Awards Earned by Game

Slot players earn one point for every $1 in coin-in.  Video poker players receive one point for every $2 in coin-in.  These can be converted into comps at a rate of 300 per $1 (0.167%), 500 points per $1 in free play (0.1%) or 600 points per $1 in cash back (0.08%). Poker players receive $1 an hour in points. Table game credits depend on the amount wagered, the game, speed of play and length of time at the table. The poker room pays $1 an hour in comps.

Status Points Earned by Game

Status points are earned at the same rate as comp points.

Other AcePlay Perks

Regular AcePlay players will receive mailers for weekly free play in amounts from $5 to $25.  Out of town guests may also receive free hotel rooms and food perks.

How to Redeem Free Slot Play and Comps

Players can go right to the machine to claim free slot play.  This is the same procedure for free play sent in mailers and those that players want to convert from points earned.  Comps may be redeemed by going directly to a restaurant or other amenity owned by the casino.

Players looking for cash back will need to go to the AcePlay rewards center.  A paper comp will be issued that should be taken to the casino cage for cash.

AcePlay Return Rate

Players earn comps, free play or cash back.  Comps return 0.17%, free play 0.1% and cash back 0.08%. There are point multipliers in the higher tiers:

  • Orange: 2x points
  • Green: 3x points
  • Red: 4x points

AcePlay Benefits by Tier

There are four tiers in AcePlay.  Players start out at the Blue tier.  Orange, Green and Red are the higher levels of AcePlay.  All cards give 10% off select restaurants operated by the company. The top three tiers receive automatic room upgrades, VIP check-in, birthday offers and a discount at the rental car office on the casino property.

Green and red players also receive line passes and better seats at show.  Red players receive limo pickup at the airport and the best seat in the house at Level 107 SkyLounge and Top of the World restaurant.
