PlayLV Royal Rewards is the players club used by Plaza in downtown Las Vegas. It was once used at Western and Las Vegas Club. Those two casinos recently shuttered.
How to Receive a Royal Rewards Card
The Royal Rewards players card booth is located near the cashier cage and host offices. Simply present an ID and a card is issued. Players must be at least 21 years of age. Slot attendants can reprint PlayLV cards after the rewards center’s business hours.
How to Use the Royal Rewards Card
The Royal Rewards card is inserted into a slot at the top of a video poker or slot machine while playing. Make sure that the card is accepted. It will show your points accrued and name if it is working properly. Table game and bingo players should give the card to the dealer when buying into the game.
Awards Earned by Game
Slot players earn 0.4% at the machines. Video poker players earn 0.13%. Bingo players earn 0.8% when buying cards. Table game players are rated based on the average bet, length of play and house edge of the game.
Royal Rewards Perks
The entry level to Royal Rewards is the Jack tier. Those Royal Rewards members receive free tickets to the show Lovers and Losers. There is a 5% discount at Oscar’s for card holders.
- Queen benefits: Queen tiered players receive a 10% Oscar’s discount and free parking. These players may receive late checkout at noon.
- King benefits: King players receive a 15% discount at Oscar’s. Late checkout is 1pm. Free parking is offered, as well as reserved spaces on the third floor of the deck.
- Ace benefits: Ace players may checkout at 2pm. They also receive reserved free parking. Hotel rooms are upgraded to suites and resort fees are always waived.
All players receive monthly mailers based on action. This includes free slot play, hotel rooms and food. King and Ace players may receive a host if the action warrants the perk.
How to Redeem Royal Rewards Points
Players must go to the rewards center to redeem points. Jack, Queen and King players convert points to free slot play. Ace players receive cash.
Royal Rewards Tiers
All players start out at the Jack tier. Queen is achieved by earning 2,000 points. King players must earn 25,000 to reach the tier. Players become Ace after earning 100,000 points. Points are based on a calendar year. Players earn one point for every $3 wagered. Slot and real money keno players earn one point for every $1 wagered. Bingo players receive two points for every $1 in cards purchased. Table game rates are based on the game, average wager and time in action.
