Just before the year’s end, Betsoft has managed to snatch yet another acknowledgment to their services and product portfolio. The online casino software company was named the Best Mobile Gaming Provider for 2018 at the Malta Gaming Awards.
The recognition came after three previous awards given to Betsoft, starting with the summer Malta iGaming Excellence Awards, where it was named Best Casino Supplier. Moreover, it ended up with additional recognitions from the G2E Asia Exhibition and the 5 Star iGaming Media Awards. Adorned with all these in just under a year’s time is indicative enough of future success stories for this software provider in the years to come.
All About the Awards Ceremony
Betsoft is an established licensee under the Malta Gaming Authority, which is why the independent panel of expert judges had no trouble recognizing its mobile product’s potential. Aside from the official consultants and investors, the event brought together a number of guests which were interested in the several charitable causes supported alongside these acknowledgments of casino tech achievements.
Local Charity Auction and Special Guests
Local causes gained support from funds raised by ticket fees, while a separate auction event was held, where Maltese artwork and Fabergé jewelry reached higher-than-expected selling prices. As a sponsor and a prominent figure in the country’s iGaming industry, Betsoft made special donations to several national charitable organizations – Centru Tbexbix, The Malta Community Chest Fund, and the BOV Joseph Calleja Foundation.
The latter, Joseph Calleja, is a famous operatic tenor, who performed at the actual award-winning ceremony alongside musician Desi Campbell and comedian Steve Hili. Other prominent guests also made an appearance – the President of Malta, Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, and the known blockchain supporter at these territories Brock Pierce.
