The End of CalvinAyre.com

Ayre launched CalvinAyre.com in 2009 after having established himself in the online gambling world as the founder of the Bodog casino brand.
He had made billions as Bodog.com grew from a sports gambling site to a full sportsbook, poker room, and casino.
It became the top internet wagering destination in the 2000s before legal issues caused Ayre to sell the site and retire from the gaming business. Ayre branched out into several other enterprises, including martial arts fighting, real estate, and a music label.
CalvinAyre in the Online Gambling Industry
He created CalvinAyre.com to give readers straight talk about an industry he believed had been coddled by other gambling information sites.
CalvinAyre.com became known for its news authenticity and experienced writers who conveyed reliable information on various aspects of the industry. Each of those writers said goodbyes at the site in the lead-up to the closure announcement. In his departing message, Ayre said:
I didn’t invent online gambling, but I saw its potential early enough to help shape the industry in ways that allowed it to emerge from the shadows into the mainstream.
Calvin Ayre
The site featured daily articles on all aspects of the industry and source lists and informative, entertaining podcasts. CalvinAyre.com will remain up for an undesignated period and will leave its archives accessible, as confirmed by Calvin:
My primary focus may have changed, but you never forget your first love. So for those who came looking for archived CalvinAyre.com gambling articles, they live on here.
CALVIN AYRE
Calvin Focuses on Cryptocurrency
Ayre’s shift in focus arises from his longtime involvement with Bitcoin and Craig Wright, a computer scientist and cryptocurrency pioneer. Wright claims to be the mysterious Satoshi Nakamoto, the creator, and founder of Bitcoin.
The Bitcoin Trend

Because digital currency is one of the favorite payment methods for online gamblers, it was natural for Ayre to become interested in the Bitcoin trend.
For years, Ayre used his website to speculate about the future of Bitcoin. Upon releasing Bitcoin SV (Satoshi Vision), he characterized it as the only technology that remains true to the vision Satoshi outlined in his famous white paper.
The entrepreneur put his money and influence into Bitcoin Cash, a derivative of the original Bitcoin. In 2016, Wright announced that Ayre had invested $30 million in his cryptocurrency business.
All Bets on CoinGeek.Com

In 2017, Ayre acquired CoinGeek.com and relaunched it as a digital currency news website. He also established a Bitcoin Cash mining operation, which would become one of the world’s largest.
CoinGeek.com promotes itself as the first media to report all the information in BSV (Bitcoin Satoshi Vision). The site offers Bitcoin guides and cryptocurrency news and analysis.
Calvin Ayre Bets of Cryptos for the Future
Calvin Ayre has earned a reputation as a pioneer of digital-age commerce. Even though cryptocurrency information websites have been around for years, Ayre’s latest move should put CoinGeek at the top of the field.
We’ll miss CalvinAyre.com’s bookmark as a trusted internet gaming source. But online gamblers, especially lovers of real money online casinos, will still be able to turn to OUSC for the best in information and trends.
