How to Use the BConnected Card

The BConnected players card is presented to the dealer when playing table games.  At video poker and slot machines, place it in the card slow, making sure that it is accepted by the machine.  When playing poker at a Boyd Gaming casino, hand the card to the brush and the number and time is recorded.  Make sure to check out when leaving.  Some modern rooms use the Bravo system that checks players in and out at the table.

Awards Earned by Game

Slot and video poker players earn 0.1% in free play when using the BConnected card.  This goes up to 0.17% when redeeming the points for food at outlets owned by Boyd Gaming.  Sapphire players earn double points.  Emerald are rewarded with triple points.

Table games are rated separately.  The points and comps earned are based on the length of play, average bet and theoretical house edge of the game.

BConnected Tiers

Players start out at the Ruby level.  The player moves up to the Sapphire tier when 30,000 points have been wagered in the first or second six months of the year. When 250,000 point are earned in this six-month period, the player moves up to Emerald.  The tier is retained through the period that it is earned and the following six months.
