BetUS has been around long enough to be the source of a few myths. But are they fact or fiction? Let’s find out.

At first glance, many BetUS bonuses seemed like fantastic deals. They have two sign-up offers exclusive for casino gaming, one for crypto deposits and another for regular payment methods.

However, I honestly believe that claiming a casino bonus at BetUS is not a good idea due to the stringent terms and conditions, which I’ll explain below.

CRYPTO SIGN-UP Bonus

It’s a 250% match up to $5,000, with a 40x rollover requirement. However, upon reading the general terms and conditions, I discovered that all casino bonuses have a 40x rollover that must be played through twice.

This means the actual wagering requirement is 80x. When I asked customer support, they clarified it’s 40x to “release” the bonus and another 40x to cash out.

To top it off, you have to meet those requirements in just seven days and the minimum deposit is $100. That’s awfully tricky if you ask me. Plus, Pai Gow Poker, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette and Craps are excluded.

I’m sure many people have learned their lesson the hard way with these terms.

For those using a credit card, there’s a 200% bonus up to $5,000 available upon signing up.

Similar to the crypto bonus, this one has an advertised 30x rollover, which is actually 60x. Meaning that you need to meet a 30x requirement to “release” the bonus and another 30x to “cash out”. The minimum deposit is $50, which is more reasonable, but the expiry date remains at 7 days.

Let’s get into what I discovered in my gambling session. I’ll go over each game category and what I played and share important details so you know what to expect.

Slots

I started with $20.21 in my account and played Pots of Gold Hold & Win. Next, I played The Hive, which was highly entertaining but brought my bankroll down to $18.76. I moved on to Piggy Game and also lost out there.

Lastly, I played Mystic Rift, where I mostly broke even and ended my session with $17.76.

Not all of the online slots I played had RTP information readily accessible, but the ones I could find ranged between 94-96%. Many of the titles are provided by Nucleus and Dragon Gaming, and the graphics on all the games I played were phenomenal.

Finally, I played Spanish Blackjack, where I tanked and ended my session with $12.58.

Despite the high RTPs, around 99.5%, Lady Luck just wasn’t on my side. However, I enjoyed the games for their clean graphics and smooth functionality.

Dragon Gaming and TLM supply many of the 41 titles, and there are some great variations like Double Exposure, Switch Blackjack, and 21 Burn.

It’s a fantastic selection compared to a lot of sites, and it has its own category, so the games are easy to find. Blackjack doesn’t contribute to clearing bonus rollover requirements.

Roulette

I started my roulette session with the higher 97.3% RTP games, European roulette, and Zoom roulette, which helped me bring my bankroll up to $16.58.

I concluded by playing Double Dragon Roulette. It had a 94.74% RTP, so it wasn’t surprising I ended up where I started with $12.58.

There are 12 roulette games on this site, which is a decent selection compared to many online casinos. They are mixed into other table games, but fortunately, they are grouped together at the top of the page, so they aren’t hard to find.

Nucleus, Dragon Gaming, and Betsoft provide most of the titles, and the games function perfectly with crisp graphics. Roulette does not count toward clearing bonus rollover requirements.

Other Table Games

I started with baccarat and broke even after several rounds, so I moved on to Casino War. I didn’t do much better there and ended up down another dollar.

Next, I played Draw Hi-Lo, which took yet another dollar, and my bankroll was getting pretty low. Lastly, I played Three-Card Rummy and won $1.50. 

The other 38 table games at BetUS include craps, War, Red Dog, baccarat, Draw Hi-Lo, and plenty of poker variations. It’s a great selection compared to other sites, especially for baccarat and poker.

Many of the titles come from Nucleus and Betsoft, and the graphics are straightforward but sharp.

Card games do not contribute to bonus rollover requirements at BetUS, so that excludes everything in this section.

Video Poker

The first video poker game I played was Double Bonus, which brought my bankroll down to $9.78. It wasn’t a great start. Next, I played Aces and Eights, where I won and lost a few but was ultimately up about $1.

I wrapped it up with Jacks or Better Multi, and despite the high 99%+ RTPs of these games, I didn’t win much. I ended at $9.63.

There are 24 video poker titles which is a good amount compared to most online casinos. The variety is fantastic, with multiple variations and betting limits. BetUS has some proprietary games sprinkled throughout, but most others are provided by Amigotechs.

The graphics were nothing special, but they got the job done. Video poker does not contribute to bonus rollover requirements.

Casual Games – Specialty Games

Casual games are under the “Other Games” category at BetUS. First, I played the crash game Sky High, where my wins were anything but that. Next, I tried the Aztec Warrior Scratch Card. After several rounds, I only profited 10¢.

Finally, I played Video Keno and mostly lost but won one, ending at $8.89.

There are 23 specialty games, including scratch cards, Keno, crash games, Zip Tabs, and Bingo. Overall, it’s an okay selection, but I’ve seen better elsewhere. Amigotechs and Dragon Gaming supply most of the titles, and the graphics are on point.

The addition of some fish tables or more crash games would spice up this category a bit. Dragon Gaming titles are excluded from bonus play, but other games in this category would contribute 100% to clearing rollover requirements.

Live Dealer Games

BetUS has a superb live dealer casino. I wanted to play blackjack, but with the lowest bet being $10, it wasn’t an option. Instead, I started with 50¢ European roulette and, after six rounds, broke even.

I concluded with baccarat, where I won a few but lost three and ended up with $6.89 in my account.

There are 16 blackjack, 11 roulette, 12 baccarat, and two Super 6 games for a total of 41 live dealer titles from Visionary iGaming and Fresh Deck Studios. That’s more than a lot of casinos have, and there was a good variety of betting limits in most games.

My Recommended Payout Method: BITCOIN

Unfortunately, I couldn’t withdraw at BetUS. I just didn’t have enough in my account to meet the minimum for any method, so I can’t vouch for the process. However, based on what other players have said, the identification process is relatively easy, and withdrawals go smoothly.

Bank wire and courier checks both have fees, take longer, and have higher withdrawal minimums, so I’d recommend going with crypto.

I got pretty acquainted with customer service at BetUS. With all the questions I had, lousy customer support could have made for a hair-pulling experience. Luckily, they were pretty helpful, albeit a little pushy. I’ll go into the details below.

Here’s How I Tested

I contacted every BetUS support channel.

I had questions about bonus terms and conditions, specifically the wagering contributions of different games. I also encountered an issue with my deposit not going through. However, a quick phone call resolved it within five minutes. Here are the details.

When I signed into BetUS Casino, I immediately noticed the site’s main sections at the top, a sliding centerpiece of promotions, and a ribbon below showcasing the different casino game categories.

The top right corner had my account info, balance, and inbox, which was convenient.

I found that using the game category ribbon was essential. Otherwise, I faced a seemingly endless scroll through the game display to find my favorites.

It was a bit frustrating that there was no search bar to quickly locate specific games.

However, I appreciated that at the bottom of the page, there is a site map with categorized lists of everything you might need.

Overall, my user experience on both desktop and mobile was very pleasant. The interface is intuitive, and I could easily access a lot of game and account information.
