Myths Busted About Jackpot City

I like getting to the truth regarding online casinos, but some complaints border on myths. I found three questionable criticisms while researching this gaming site, which you can read about below.

I mostly have positive views on the Jackpot City promotions.

I wasn’t impressed with Jackpot City customer service because I couldn’t find support contacts like email or phone. If you need help, the first step involves visiting the help center.

You must select one of the FAQs and choose “Yes” when asked if you need more assistance.

This action brings up automated live support, which, although better than the help center, still isn’t as good as email or live chat.

I wasn’t able to advance beyond automated customer service and reach a human via the JackpotCityCasino.com version.

Here’s How I Tested

I switched to the New Jersey version of Jackpot City Casino using a VPN and quickly accessed automated support without signing up. Here are my interactions with support.

I found the Jackpot City user experience above average, even considering my inability to find customer service contacts.

I had no trouble registering and browsing games on the desktop (ChromeOS) and mobile (iPhone & Chrome browser) websites.

Jackpot City has perfectly optimized its games section to make everything easy to find. It also offers unique slots categories, such as Top Picks for You, Hottest Games, and Cold.
