How to Play 3 Card Poker in Las Vegas

If you travel to Las Vegas, here’s a step-by-step guide of how you can play this game.

  1. Find a Table and Place Your Bet

You will see an Ante space to place your first wager and an optional side bet area, usually for Pairs Plus. Another Play or Raise bet spot is for later.
  2. The Deal

Each player will receive three face-up cards, and the dealer gets three down cards.
  3. Decide to Play or Fold

From the three cards you have, you then decide to Play to continue the hand or to fold and surrender your bet.
  4. Hand Comparison and Payout

Once you choose, the dealer reveals their cards. If you stay in and your hand wins, you are paid according to the paytable. If the dealer wins, they take both of your wagers. A tie or push returns all bets.
