I am not thrilled with all aspects of this gaming site, but I also do not like unwarranted criticisms. The following myths popped up one or more times during my review.

One thing this operator does right is providing numerous promotions. Common terms for these bonuses include 30x-40x wagering requirements, a $10 maximum bet, and game restrictions.

While the terms are standard, I would appreciate more clarity on qualifying games. For example, I had to contact customer support to determine which card games qualified for the bonus I took.

Essentially, you get a 230% match on your deposit, plus an extra 20% if you use crypto (basically a 250% up to $2,500 offer). You can use it in your first three deposits.

The wagering requirements are 40x the bonus plus deposit, with a maximum bet of $10 and a maximum cashout of 30x your deposit. Included games are video slots, keno, scratch cards, board games.

One thing I appreciate is that there’s no time limit to meet the wagering requirements, giving you some flexibility. However, the list of excluded games can be a bit limiting.

• Osiris Fortune (96.3%) – I did not experience the 96.3% RTP in Osiris Fortune, netting limited wins before dropping $10.
• Dark Reels Pays (95.72%) – I quickly burned through $10 playing this slot, but the spooky mansion vibe and sound effects were entertaining.

Most of these games were not generous to me, but I see potential in this selection. The slot games are especially worthwhile because they contribute 100% towards bonuses.

I played Luxe Multipliers and Rolling Stack during my session.

Luxe Multipliers offers up to 10x win multipliers and a Perfect Pairs side bet. It features an outstanding 99.61% RTP through basic play, but the Perfect Pairs wager provides just 95.01% RTP.

Rolling Stack offers a side bet that delivers bonuses for specific two-card hands. Its RTP is 97.21%, although I am unsure if that is with the optional side bet included (the info screen did not specify).

I still managed to win a few dollars through Rolling Stack despite the lower payback.

I asked customer service which card games qualified for my bonus. They indicated that Rolling Stack and Luxe Multipliers provided 20% contributions, although I noticed that the latter was not contributing.

I still had a while to go on this review, so I  did not feel like haggling with support about this matter. You might want to watch out for these issues regarding promotions.

The online roulette variations are mixed with the table games here.

I opened Jacks or Better (JoB) and saw that it had a 9/6 pay table, meaning it delivers nine coins for a full house and six for a flush.

Here’s How I Tested

I had a mostly positive experience with customer support at this site. I appreciated the numerous ways to get ahold of someone and how quickly they responded.

The only elements I didn’t like was the nudging to add a bonus to my account, but I can look past that. For the amount of times I had to get ahold of them, they overall did a wonderful job.
