There are 10 Native American casinos in North Dakota. These gaming establishments are on the smaller side, offering regular casino games. Slots, video poker, blackjack, craps, roulette, live poker, and house-banked card games are allowed.

The maximum casino bet at North Dakota casinos depend on the game.

Blackjack players may bet up to $250.
Poker is limited to a $50 max bet with no more than three raises.
Craps has a $60 bet limit. Craps tables may offer no higher than double odds.
