My Opinion on Vegas Aces Casino – Key Findings

A plethora of games is the big attraction to Vegas Aces. You can explore as many games as there are at any land-based casino without walking on a gigantic floor. However, the site has its shortcomings.

Bonus funds are only around for a week, so achieving the 35x playthrough target makes the big bonuses more work than fun.

Also, even though I prefer cryptocurrency, Vegas Aces could make things more accessible for credit card and e-wallet users.

But exploring the games at Vegas Aces Casino makes it well worth signing up, particularly since you can play them for free.

What I Loved

  • More than 1,800 games to explore from 33 providers.
  • A live dealer casino with 48 choices.
  • Customer support includes a phone line that actually works.
  • Free play is available for the majority of games.
  • A “Guides” section with tips for games.

Room for Improvement

  • Bonuses expire after seven days, so it takes a week of constant play to reach the rollover.
  • Credit card deposits are tricky.
  • Some games take too long to load.

My Gambling Session Details

I had previously signed up with Vegas Aces Casino to take a look at the site, but I had never gambled real money there.

When I returned, my account was still active. I had to reset my password, and then I was ready to deposit.

Attempting to deposit with a credit card failed, so I resorted to Bitcoin after the site requested that I call my bank to get an international transaction authorization.

After about 30 minutes of trying with my card, I deposited $20 of Bitcoin to play at Vegas Aces. It wasn’t the best start, but since I’m used to crypto, it wasn’t a dealbreaker either.

Starting with the single-line 777 Vegas, I lost a little over 25 spins. Then, I went to the more complex 5-reel Egyptian Empress and spun the 20 paylines for another slight loss.

With my balance under $19, I turned to 7 Fortune Frenzy, a highly-rated game I was vaguely familiar with.

I won a little with the help of a nice bonus round. With my balance up a little, I went to a slot from Dragon Gaming called iScream and lost more than I should.

With my balance at around $17, I abandoned slots and went to blackjack. I started with a single-deck version by Nucleus Gaming because it allows doubling down on splits.

But because the minimum bet is $1, a streak of poor cards took my balance down to around $10 after about 20 deals. I turned to video poker and took another slight loss on Betsoft’s Deuces Wild.

Orbital Gaming is represented with an old-style Jacks or Better with provably fair technology, so I tried it. I hit a 4-of-a-kind and left with my balance back above $10.

Discovering that Fresh Deck Studios offers a live dealer baccarat with a $1 minimum, I dropped in to see what it was like. The dealer was good, and the setup was simple, but I lost a few bucks in a short session.

I wanted to speed things up, so I went to the Mascot Gaming baccarat back on the digital side. I took another loss and ended the session with a balance of  $7.21.

In conclusion, I won two games: Betsoft’s 7 Fortune Frenzy slot and Orbital’s Jacks or Better.

Exploring new games was fun, and I spent no more than $13 on a couple of hours of entertainment.

3.0

Vegas Aces Casino is relatively new, so players’ comments were limited at the forums and sources I checked.

One of the top gambling forums, Ask Gamblers, had no comments, while Facebook and Trustpilot had only a few remarks.

Here’s what I found.

Payouts Take Longer Than Promised

“Their website states 5 minute processing time for payouts. Very misleading and not true at all. I’m still waiting on a payout. I don’t recommend playing at this online casino.”

Victoria Huff-DeLoach – (Trustpilot – 1 star)

Good Casino, but Not a Top Choice

“Pretty good casino if I do say so myself, but its not going to be replacing any of my favorites or pushing any off my top ten list. Not today anyway but who kbows what the future holds?”

Nckideloach – Facebook Review

Long Waits and Bugs

“Do not play on this site its a scam. I’ve been waiting more than 2 weeks to receive free spins for 2 different games I was playing and received an error when I was trying to splay free spins on Jingle Jewels and Wrath of Medusa …”

CHARMAINE –  (Trustpilot – 1 star)

What the Casino Says

You can see how Vegas Aces has responded to a negative review on their Facebook page below:

  • Bruce Roach: “Well, they promise a nice sign-up/ deposit bonus, so I signed up and made a deposit and got nothing extra. I tried contacting them, and their live chat doesn’t work. I emailed and got no answer. Big letdown.”
  • Vegas Aces responded: “We are sorry to hear that. Let’s talk about this bad experience and see how we can improve it. At Vegas Aces, we just want to provide a good experience for our players.”

My Reflections on Vegas Aces’ Reputation

There’s no doubt that this new casino still has to build a reputation among gamblers.

A few comments point out some delays in getting bonuses and payouts, as well as errors during gameplay.

Some folks also found customer service to be a bit slow. So, if you’re thinking about playing here, keep these things in mind.

Personally, I don’t fully agree with some of these concerns. I couldn’t test the cashout process myself because I lost, but based on my experience, the support was quick, and the games worked well.

Myths Busted About Vegas Aces Casino

Here are some misconceptions about Vegas Aces that can be refuted.

Myth #1 – The Site Is a Scam

This is a common allegation against many casinos, but I have no reason to think that Vegas Aces Casino is anything but on the level.

They have a license, their Terms & Conditions are more straightforward than most sites, and the game providers I’m familiar with have reputations for fair games.

Myth #2 – Customer Support Doesn’t Help

That’s simply not true. I used the chat and phone services and was ultimately satisfied with the response time and the answers.

It’s nice to communicate with real people, too.

2.5

Overall, the bonuses at Vegas Aces are quite restrictive compared to other casinos.

The 35X rollover rate is along industry standards, but you’ll find five- or seven-day expirations on most offers and lists of games that count toward the bonus requirements.

For example, the welcome bonus is a package of your first five deposits that can yield up to $5,000 in extra funds to play.

The first deposit is matched by 250% for up to $1,000, and the next four deposits are matched 100% for up to $1,000.

It sounds promising, but you have only seven days to meet the requirement, so I don’t recommend it for regular players.

To clear the maximum amounts on just the first part of the four-deposit bonus, you would have to wager $49,000 in a week.

Bonuses Worth a Look

I think this site has other offers that are more suitable for everyday players. Here are my bonus picks for this casino.

20% Match up to $500 Crypto Bonus

Vegas Aces Casino Crypto Bonus Banner

This is just a 20% match for up to $500 in bonus money, but it is crypto-specific, and I have found crypto to be a fast, seamless deposit process.

Plus, the lower $25 minimum provides a more reasonable target for the 7-day period the bonus remains valid. If you clear the 35x rollover, you can cash out for as much as $2,500.

The bonus code is 20EXTRA.

Vegas Aces
Not Worthy Industry Average Great

Vegas Aces vs Other Casinos – Top Bonus

50% Up to $1,000 Reload Bonus

Vegas Aces $1,000 Reload Bonus

This is also on the low side of the Vegas Aces bonus range.

It’s for reloading a depleted balance with a 50% deposit match for up to $1,000 in bonus money and the standard 35x playthrough requirement.

This one has a $50 minimum deposit requirement and a $2,500 cash-out limit.

This one is for more aggressive players, but the amounts are low enough to keep the playthrough within range for a short period.

Bonus code: 50EXTRA.

My Perspective on Vegas Aces’ Bonuses

I think Vegas Aces bonuses are geared for slots players who want to play hard.

That’s because the offers expire after 7 days, a ridiculously short time to cover their standard playthrough of 35x the deposit plus the bonus.

Most online casinos give you at least 30 days.

After the bonus expires, the bonus funds are removed from your account. You are left with the deposit amount only, and you can’t withdraw that.

So, you must calculate your chances of covering the bonus requirement in a week.

The Vegas Aces bonuses also come with restrictions on games you can play with bonuses. They are relatively explicit about these; they have a list of eligible titles in the casino Terms & Conditions.

The general rule is that slots, bingo, keno, lottery, and scratch cards are the only games that credit you 100% toward the bonus rollover requirement. Table games and video poker offer just 10% credit.

Requirements such as these make me shy away from most bonuses. But I’ll sometimes take up a minimum deposit bonus to get my balance high enough to play around for a while.

I didn’t do it this time because the $50 minimum was too high for a test or the match percentage was too low.

Other Bonuses I Reviewed

Here are other casino bonuses that I checked out while writing this review.

Vegas Aces Casino has a plethora of games, 1,897 to be more exact.

But that’s a figure I found when I was visiting, and it constantly changes because they are always moving games in and out from their 33 game providers.

If you ever need a game library for reference, Vegas Aces is the place to go. It is one of the most complete collections I’ve ever seen.

Many game panels have an information “i” that gives you a preview of the game, often with RTPs. Most games I played come with instructions, but I found some providers better than others with their guides.

You can play the vast majority of the games for free by clicking Demo on the game’s display panel.

Vegas Aces is one of the few online casinos with Provably Fair games, and Cryptography-based technology to verify fairness. Orbital Gaming carries these games.

My Top Game Picks

Below are some of my favorite casino games at Vegas Aces, including those I played during this session.

777 Vegas

777 Vegas Slot Game

This is one from KA Gaming that I found to be quick, playing with enough hits to keep me in the game.

I had not done the KA thing before, but now I recommend that you give these games a try.

7 Fortune Frenzy

7 Fortune Frenzy Slot Logo

This slot is a Betsoft game. It has good bonus rounds and plays nicely in my opinion.

I won at it, and that always puts a game on my good side.

Single Deck Blackjack

Single Deck Blackjack Table Game Logo

I like blackjack, and I was attracted to this Nucleus version because it allows doubling down on splits.

It also allows the option of betting as many as three hands.

Jacks or Better

Jacks or Better Video Poker Logo

This is one of the Provably Fair games, and I hit a four-of-a-kind. Fair enough!

The display is a throwback to the ’90s.

Baccarat by Mascot

Baccarat Mascot Gaming

A simple game with a simple display, this is the only version of baccarat at Vegas Aces.

I like the bet ranges that allow changing up if you employ a wagering strategy.

Now, let’s get into what I discovered in each category. Here are the various types of games at Vegas Aces Casino and what they offer.

slots

Testing Play with Cleo

Any online casino with so many games is naturally a haven for slots lovers since these are the mainstay of a casino.

Vegas Aces has 1,546 of them, and you can sort them out by provider or search for a favorite.

Strangely enough, none of my five favorites are among Vegas Aces Casino slots; the makers of those games are either underrepresented on the site or absent altogether.

Of course, it’s not like I couldn’t find something that suited me. Vegas Aces slots cover all themes, reels, and payline configurations.

The KA Gaming slots were new finds for me, and I’ll seek them out from now on.

They have plenty of jackpot slots with pots of multiples of your bet as well as straight-up dollar figures. And Vegas Aces has 130 progressive slots.

There are bonus rounds, bonus buy options, gamble features, and free spins everywhere.

But with a vast collection comes good and bad. For instance, I encountered slots in the Progressives category that did not display a jackpot, and some of them had locked minimum wagers.

Then, there is a wide range of load speeds, some too slow for my two-minute limit.

Much depends on the connection, the game maker, or the game’s complexity. But if you are using a mobile device, I suggest trying them in the demo mode.

As in other sites, online slots go further than other game types toward clearing a bonus.

100 500 1000+

Vegas Aces vs Other Casinos – Number of Slots

Blackjack

Playing 21 Burn Blackjack

Vegas Aces has a healthy contingent of 25 blackjack games, including the standard game and most variations with side bets.

It is missing one of my favorites, Blackjack Switch, but it does include 21 Burn Blackjack which allows exchanging one card on the initial deal.

The bets on most games range from $1 to $500, but you can find games with ranges of $1-$100, or $10-$1,000.

There is also a low-stakes game with 20 cents to $50 bets.

The games pay standard 3:2 for blackjack, and most games offer insurance, some with the surrender option. You can play as many as three hands simultaneously in most games.

The variations include games that offer side bets for a chance at matching certain ranks or suits.

BGaming’s Multihand Blackjack Pro pays extra for jacks, up to a 100:1 payoff for a pair of jacks of spades, and the 7s game has similar payouts for matches.

Then there is Pontoon, which awards a bonus payout for getting 16-21 on the first two cards.

I like blackjack for its ease of play and RTP of 99%, and during my session, I played a low-stakes standard game using strategy with mixed results.

But I have also grown to enjoy the 21 Burn because of the extra options it provides. More choices in most games vs. the house offers an extra advantage, and most of these games come with strategies to increase your odds.

But don’t look for more than 10% credit toward a bonus playthrough.

Roulette

Testing European Roulette

Vegas Aces acknowledges this historic casino game with 25 versions. But the majority of the games are just different looks and perspectives of the two basic single-zero European and double zero American games.

Some games have innovative animation; there is a Dragon Roulette game where the dragon fires up multiples for specific numbers in each spin.

It was fun to play for free but took forever to load. The online roulette section also includes a big wheel game with various frequencies of six numbers, paying anywhere from 1:1 to 50:1.

It’s the same concept but with a Wheel of Fortune look. In the Table Games section, there is another roulette version called Caribbean Saga, which is a condensed game with a 13-segment wheel.

The variations include some really vibrant and easy-to-use graphics. But beware of playing them on a smartphone without testing them in demo mode. The bets may be hard to manipulate.

The Vegas Aces Casino roulette games have a standard variety of betting options and odds.

Two European and French roulette games include the classic Voisons, Tiers, Jeu, Finales, and Orphelins options, which cover several numbers with a single wager.

I use the system of third-column and black, which covers most of the board with two bets.

The roulettes at Vegas Aces usually start with minimum wagers of $1 for inside or number bets, with most games maxing at $500.

I found one version offering wagers from $1 to $80 and another offering wagers from $10 to $1,000 with a $100 minimum on outside bets.

Roulette is not a bonus-friendly game, paying 10% credit toward a playthrough.

Other Table Games

Testing Caribbean Poker

Wager on cards, dice, dominoes, or buttons with the rich mixture of culturally diverse table games at Vegas Aces Casino. The trouble is, they didn’t know how to categorize the games.

For some reason, Vegas Aces has house table games such as Hold ’em, Caribbean Poker, Teen Patti, and a three-card game called Triple Edge, all stashed in the Video Poker section.

There are 15 other titles in the Table Games section, with more than one version of the more popular ones.

The site hosts the more common casino card games such as baccarat, three-card poker, and high-low card games.

It also has a version of the popular Indian game Andar Bahar and the thought-provoking Asian favorite Pai Gow poker.

The site offers a casino hold ’em game where players measure their chances against the house in a Texas Hold ’em round.

People who like the roll of dice can take part in craps, a game that is more fun in a land-based casino but quicker online.

Vegas Aces also hosts versions of the three-die game of Sic Bo. Then there is Qiu Qiu Dominoes, which is like a card game played with domino tiles.

Fan Tan is a familiar button guessing game in the Far East, and Sedie is a limited odds button game.

Despite the confusing arrangement, the Vegas Aces Casino table games offer fun and exploration.

For most of these games, your bonus rollover will be limited to 10%, and some offer zero credit.

Video Poker

Playing Deuces Wild

Sorting out the miscategorized table games, Vegas Aces is home to 10 video poker games. They include basic Jacks or Better games, plus wild card variations.

There is also a game called FreeWay that includes payouts for unconventional card combinations, such as a royal flush displayed backward 10-A in perfect order; it pays 1,500:1.

Five face cards pay 12:1. It looks fun, but the site doesn’t mention an RTP.

I usually like to play Jacks or Better and Deuces Wild because I know the strategies, which are crucial in video poker.

I found the Orbital version of Jacks or Better to be profitable in the short run, and it’s a Provably Fair game. I also played the Betsoft Deuces Wild but lost a little.

The Vegas Aces video poker offering is otherwise pretty basic. In fact, it has fewer games than many sites.

They are not games for playing with bonus money, either. They allow only 10% credit toward a playthrough if any at all.

Casual Games – Specialty Games

Playing Keno

Vegas Aces has an Other Games category that consists of 222 games, which are generally considered specialty or casual games.

These are usually low RTP, high volatility games with big jackpots. You can find Plinko, bingo, keno, lotto, scratch, crash, minesweeper, and other games in this section.

The primary game providers are SuperLotto Games, Evoplay, and KA Gaming, all of which offer fun selections with nice graphics and gameplay.

I noticed some scratchcards with the same names that look like popular slots, such as Leprechaun Frenzy, Play With Cleo, and Aztec Warrior.

I saw RTPs listed as high as 97%, but the general range would be 90% to 95%, even lower for the numbers games like lottery and keno.

With such low RTPs, expect many of these games to credit 100% toward bonus playthroughs. But don’t count on it until you check the lists in the bonus part of the casino Terms.

The only drawback is I did not find any skill-based games.

Live Dealer Games

Trying Live Roulette

The Vegas Aces Casino live dealer section is much more expansive than most online casinos.

There are 48 panels of games, probably more than most people would want and certainly more than would interest me.

But the section goes beyond the standard table games you see on most gambling sites.

In addition to blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, you find card games such as Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Casino War, Pok Deng, as well as lotto and keno games.

The games come from six providers, including Fresh Deck Studios, which has games on other sites I’ve encountered.

The games aren’t as exclusive to high-end bettors, with some of the numbers games starting at 10-cent wagers.

Most card games require higher wagers, but I dipped into a baccarat game for a $1 minimum. You can bet up to $1,000 on baccarat, and blackjack games start at $10 and go as high as $11,000.

I discovered a roulette game that allowed as little as 50 cents for inside wagers and went up to $13,000 for the high limit.

I also got interested in a game called Poker Bet that plays a little like Hold ’em, but you get to wager on any of six hands after the initial deal, and the odds change after the flop and turn.

Some of the games take a while to come up on your screen after you click on them. Once up, the games I peeked in on streamed smoothly, and the displays were easy to follow.

But I would only recommend some of the games for smartphone mobile play if you have a fast, foolproof connection and have checked out the displays.

Live dealer games are off-limits for bonus players.

Vegas Aces casino banking methods are in line with industry trends. They encourage cryptocurrency, specifically Bitcoin, and while they list credit cards as deposit options, don’t count on an easy process.

They wanted me to request a bank authorization.

Deposit Options Summary

Vegas Aces deposit options consist of standard credit cards and cryptocurrency, the norm among online casinos. They don’t list e-wallets among their options.

  • Fastest Deposit Method: Bitcoin – Minutes
  • Deposit fees: Yes, some credit cards

I suggest a cryptocurrency here partially because I tried a card deposit and ran into problems.

After entering the basic prompted information, I got a pop-up that referred me to customer support for authorization.

Customer support wanted more info and then said I would have to call my bank and ask them to authorize an international transaction.

This, of course, was ludicrous considering the puny $20 I wanted to deposit. But it did offer the lesson of Vegas Aces’ fickleness about accepting credit cards.

I turned to Bitcoin, and everything went smoothly.

My wallet charged me a fee, and the quick fluctuation of the currency value took a penny from my balance during the process.

Vegas Aces Vs Other Casinos – Deposit Methods

Withdrawal Options Summary

Vegas Aces accommodates three withdrawal methods, all cryptocurrency.

They could open up their coffers to e-wallets, checks, or bank transfers as many other casino sites do, but apparently don’t want to bother with the processing hassles.

Nevertheless, their Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Litecoin withdrawals are free, and they promise processing within 48 hours.

  • Is Verification Required? Sometimes, you need a picture of your ID and/or proof of address.
  • Fastest Withdrawal Method: Bitcoin – 48 hours

I did not withdraw funds from Vegas Aces Casino because my balance was below the $20 minimum amount, and I wasn’t going to gamble up or deposit more just to see.

But I recommend Bitcoin because it is the simplest and quickest method I know. And casinos like it.

I noted that the Banking section stated that “at times,” they will ask for ID verification.

I’m not sure what that means, but I suspect that you will have to go through the process if you take out more than $1,000 or so.

You can submit the necessary documents at any time after signing up.

Vegas Aces offers three customer support channels, including a phone number, which many online casinos have shied away from in recent years.

They consist of:

  • Languages: English
  • Live Chat: Yes, human agents
  • Support Email Address: [email protected]
  • Phone Number: 1-800-619-4324
  • Response Time: Minutes

Here’s How I Tested

Here are the details of my interactions with customer support in this casino.

Live Chat

There is a chat bubble on each page. I tried chatting a few times, and they responded quickly.

I had to dig a little with follow-up questions to clarify information, but they came through OK.

Email

I did not go this route, so I can’t vouch for their speed or efficiency.

I would only go there if I had a detailed question or needed a documented answer.

Phone

I made the call and went through a short verification process.

After two rings, the representative was with me and answered my question after I repeated it a couple of times in different ways.

My Experience With Vegas Aces’ Support

I tried the chat with some questions and the phone number. Honestly, found their staff quick and informative.

The chat did not seem to be automated, but who knows with AI these days? The service is supposed to be 24/7, but I went to chat one time and got a message that chat is “not available some hours.”

I should note that not long after I first signed in, a representative called to ask if I had any questions or needed help.

I thought that was nice until he started urging me to take advantage of “one of our many bonuses.”

I knew then that I was speaking with the promotions department rather than support. I’ll give them credit for getting in touch, though.

Vegas Aces User Experience

Vegas Aces Casino comes off as a first-rate operation, with everything up front and organized. I went to the landing page, and the things I’m interested in were laid out nicely for me to explore.

All the game categories are covered, and the essentials of the site are listed below.

A little cluttered? Maybe, but they put everything out there.

You might think such a selection of games can be a cluster that takes hours to scroll, but Vegas Aces catalogs them as well as possible.

They have a sliding menu at the top of the main page with 13 classifications, not including the All Games category if you want to tackle that.

You can also mark Favorite games for another category of reference.

The games are not in alphabetical order, but you can find a particular title with the search feature. And each category you click offers a dropdown list of providers for tapering a search.

The color scheme of gold, white, and gray on black works for readability, and all buttons and links are front and center.

You can play using iPhones, Android phones, and tablets. You don’t need an app to connect because you can play through your device’s browser and tap on a game.

I tried the site with an older iPhone and accessed and navigated with no problem. However, some games were slow to load.

The Best Features

  • Almost 1,900 games.
  • Great selection of live dealer games.
  • Unique table game variants you don’t see at other casinos.
  • They have phone support as well as responsive live chat.

Vegas Aces Casino Vs. Other Gambling Sites

The game library is enough to keep anyone engaged, and things like the bothersome bonus deadlines and limited transaction options don’t detract enough to keep me from playing.

Vegas Aces has a leg up on most online casinos I’ve checked out. Here’s how they compare.

ONLINE CASINO BONUS # OF GAMES Average RTP READ REVIEW START

Player Protection

Vegas Aces casino has two references to responsible gaming on its main pages. One is a reminder statement, and the other is a click to an online Responsible Gambling page.

On the page is a list of seven recommendations, a list of seven symptoms of problem gambling, and paths to cooling off or self-exclusion. The site’s cooling-off procedure allows you to take a break from Vegas Aces for up to six months.

During this period, you would not have access to the site. The page also contains URLs to Gamblers Anonymous at gamblersanonymous.org and 1800 Gambler.

However, the site has no rules limiting the number of maximum deposits you can make. Everything is voluntary.

These are typical measures online casinos take to help promote transparency, fairness, and consumer protection.

Gambling operations have become more conscious of problem issues as more US states have legalized gambling. The new laws sometimes require such measures.

My Verdict

3.5/5

The more I explored this casino, the more I liked it, primarily because of the vast game library. There are still games I want to check out.

The bonus requirements are stiff, but I’m not a fan of bonuses in general, anyway.

Vegas Aces could also do more for folks who want to withdraw money using a method other than cryptocurrency, but Bitcoin is enough for me.

If you want to do nothing more than play a few games for fun, Vegas Aces is worth at least a try.
